Eat for You began as a food brand committed to real, nutrient-dense food—but we didn’t just make food, we tested it. Every batch underwent rigorous nutrient and contaminant testing to ensure quality, transparency, and integrity. What we uncovered was a problem that extended well beyond our own products: food data was outdated, standardised nutrient claims didn’t always align with the actual ingredients used in food, and brands 'doing the right thing' lacked both the proof to back their claims and the verification to highlight their quality.

Recognising this gap, Eat for You evolved. Today, we don’t make food—we verify it.

Founded by Dr Hayley Dickinson, PhD, a scientist and nutrition expert, Eat for You now works with premium ingredient suppliers and brands who understand that verification isn’t just a checkbox—it’s essential for export success, brand trust, and market leadership.
