Chocolate and Raspberry Chia Pudding

Ingredients
¼ cup (4 tablespoons) chia seeds
1 cup (250ml) almond milk, or milk of choice
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 cup of frozen or fresh berries
½ tsp maple syrup to sweeten
Method
Combine chia seeds, milk, cocoa powder, and maple syrup (if desired) in a container or bowl. Stir to combine, then stir again after 5 minutes. Let soak covered for at least 30 minutes, or overnight.
This chia pudding is perfect for preparing the night before so you have a nutritious snack ready to grab and eat.
To serve, add fresh berries, or heated frozen berries cooked over a low heat in a saucepan for 3-5 mins.
Optional extras: dark chocolate shavings, shredded coconut, coconut yoghurt.
