Shipping policy
- Processing times. Once you place your order, we start packing it. Orders are shipped within 48h of receipt of order (usually same day). We will send you tracking information via email.
- Shipping costs. Yes, we have these. Standard shipping is calculated at checkout anywhere in Australia or NZ. This allows us to ship your product in a box that is compostable and recyclable and track where your parcel is. We offer free shipping on all orders over $99.
- Shipping methods. We use Australia Post because they carbon offset all their deliveries, and they have a wide reach in Australia. We currently only ship within Australia.
- Delivery times. Standard delivery times are 3-5 business days. Express shipping is 1-2 days.
- Tracking your parcel. The Australia Post app is great for tracking your delivery, as it is regularly updated and will tell you when your parcel will arrive. Or you can use their website. Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via email from Australia post.
- Updates on unforeseen delays or lost packages. If something happens en route we will work with Australia post to rectify the situation ASAP.
- Incorrect information. Once your order has been placed, changes cannot be made. Please double check your shipping address before confirming your order. If you notice an error, please email us ASAP with the correct information hello@eatforyou.com.au and we will do our best to rectify it for you.
- Returns. We cannot accept returns of our food products. If there is something wrong with your product, please photograph it and email it directly to us hello@eatforyou.com.au. Please see our returns policy for more information.
