Returns policy

Food

We are unable to accept the return of food products because you have changed your mind. This is because we make food products using raw, wholefood ingredients and they are sensitive to extreme changes in temperature. Once the product leaves our hands we are no longer in control of the conditions. The quality, integrity and safety of our food is what makes Eat for You a brand people can trust.

If there is something wrong with the product when you receive it, please take a photo and send an explanation of the problem to us at hello@eatforyou.com.au.

We will happily refund/replace your product as appropriate.

Cookware and storage

If you change your mind about an item of cookware or storage equipment that you purchase from us here’s what you can do:

  • Regift the item to someone else? This saves the return shipping costs and associated carbon.
  • Return the product to us in its original condition (at your expense), within 1 week of its purchase. We will refund to you the purchase price of the product (less shipping and handling).
