Terms of Submission for Pesticide Residue Testing

Effective from 9th May 2025

Purpose & Scope: Eat for You provides pesticide residue testing coordination and independent interpretation services for producers and distributors. This includes liaising with NATA-accredited laboratories, interpreting lab results, and providing a summary report for internal decision-making and marketing support.

Ownership & Use of Data: You (the Client) retain ownership of all test results. Eat for You will not release your data publicly without your explicit written approval.

Use of Name & Attribution: Eat for You and Dr Hayley Dickinson, PhD, may not be named or referenced in public-facing materials without prior written approval. Attribution must reflect the original reporting and cannot imply endorsement unless explicitly agreed.

Confidentiality: All sample data and identifying details are treated confidentially unless you opt in to be identified in any Eat for You communications (e.g. Clean Producer list, case studies).

Payment & Reporting: Final reports will be released within 24 hours of the lab returning results, but only once the invoice has been paid in full.

Limit of Liability: Eat for You is not liable for how results are used, interpreted, or relied upon beyond the reporting provided. We are not responsible for any failed compliance or residue test at a port, dock, or point of export. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for this service.

Regulatory Use & Decisions: These results are intended to support internal understanding and marketing efforts. It remains your responsibility to ensure regulatory compliance in your target markets.

By submitting samples for testing, you confirm your agreement to these terms.
