Nutrient Panel

You’ve come to this page because you care about what’s in your food. We’ll hazard a guess that you’re probably also interested in how it was grown, harvested, stored, processed and packaged. The whole deal. Farm to fork.

That’s us too.

In our commitment to be honest and transparent in everything we do, we need to tell you a few things.

First up - we proudly batch test the nutrient content of all our food. Does everyone do this? No. Most companies rely on a generic (and old) database of ingredients for their nutritional information.

Some companies may analyse the nutrient content of their product when they first make it, but certainly do not retest each batch. Others will add synthetic vitamins or nutrient powders to their foods with a known nutritional value and report this on the nutrition panel to bring the nutrient content of their product to their target range - ignoring the fact that the ingredients they are using are nutrient deprived. It’s a messy game with lots of untruths.

We’re here to try and change that.

The QR code you scanned to get here allows you to access the nutrition information for your specific batch. It tells the story of what you are eating right now. It’s information you can trust is accurate. Why? Because you deserve to feel informed about what’s in your food.

If you don’t, who will?

The batch number for your product is stamped on the inner flap of the bar, or is a small sticker on your pack of bites. You'll find the corresponding batch numbers in the heading of the tables below. We are working on ways for you to be more interactive with these data. Watch this space.
